A Math Stackers® Learning System is a complete, hands-on math resource designed for discovery-based learning from Pre-K through 5th grade. It includes 96 high-density foam Math Stackers®, leveled teacher resources, and access to Math Stackers® U, our online library with training videos, activity ideas, and printable station cards.

Math Stackers® are purposefully designed to help students visualize and model math concepts:

• The height of each block represents its numeric value, building visual understanding.
• Notched sides allow students to feel the value and practice one-to-one correspondence.
• The back of each block is blank, creating opportunities for proportional and fraction reasoning.
• Our logo on the bottom ensures blocks are stacked correctly, keeping numbers visible.

Each Learning System includes 96 Math Stackers®, with the following quantities:

We recommend one Learning System per educator, classroom, or homeschool family. Each Learning System is designed for small group instruction with 1 to 6 students at a time.

Many educators and homeschool families use one Learning System for hands-on learning in small groups or one-on-one instruction. Schools often add a Whole Class Magnets Bundle if they want every student engaged simultaneously during whole-class lessons.

Yes. Math Stackers® are made from high-density EVA foam, similar to the material used in athletic shoes. They are lightweight, quiet, and safe for classroom use. To clean, simply wipe them with a disinfectant wipe or wash with mild soap and water.

Many teachers have been using their Math Stackers® for as long as we’ve been in business—nearly eight years—with the materials holding up to regular classroom use. They are designed to last through years of hands-on learning.

Yes. Purchases of any Learning System include free, lifetime access to Math Stackers® U, our online professional development site. Math Stackers® U includes on-demand videos, printable station cards, lesson ideas, and real student demonstrations.

Purchases of mini or mega magnets do not include Math Stackers® U access.

Math Stackers® are available exclusively through our online shop at www.mathstackers.com/pages/shop or with a purchase order sent to orders@mathstackers.com. We are the sole source for all Math Stackers® products—they are not sold through third-party retailers or other websites.

No, each Learning System includes 96 Math Stackers® because that’s the amount needed to explore the full range of math concepts, like decomposing sums, building partial products, or adding fractions. Smaller sets would limit those possibilities.

No, the foam Math Stackers® blocks and teacher resources are only sold together as part of a complete Learning System. The resources and access to Math Stackers® U are essential for using the blocks effectively.

If you need individual Math Stackers® in specific sizes to replace lost pieces, we offer them for $1 per inch (for example, a "5-block" costs $5). This replacement program is only available to those who have previously purchased a Math Stackers® Learning System. Contact support@mathstackers.com for a custom invoice.

Orders typically ship from our Houston, Texas warehouse within 7–10 business days. Purchase orders are processed once received. We currently ship only within the continental United States.

Shipping is free on all Math Stackers® orders within the continental United States. There are no additional shipping charges.

A. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Math Stackers® products! If you have merchandise that does not meet with your approval, it may be returned in resalable condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment for refund to the original payment form.

Step 2: Once your return is approved, we will send you a return label to the email you provide in the form (we will also specify the exact cost of shipping in this email). Use this label and package up your merchandise (in a way it won't get damaged in transit) and take it to any UPS store to ship back.

Step 3: After we receive your returned merchandise and it meets our requirements above, we will issue a refund less: the return shipping amount and a 15% restocking fee.

All refunds are processed within three business days of receiving the returned product. 

The storage hamper and magnets pouch are free gifts included with your purchase to help you get organized and using Math Stackers® right away. Because they are complimentary and designed as temporary storage solutions, they are not guaranteed or eligible for replacement. This helps us keep costs down and lets you choose a more permanent storage option that works best for your space and needs.

Math Stackers® resources are designed to support both Common Core and Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) standards. While our activities are not individually mapped to specific standards, the concepts and skills students explore with Math Stackers® align with and reinforce many of the standards covered in Pre-K through 5th grade.
