Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Math Stackers products! If you have merchandise that does not meet with your approval, it may be returned in resalable condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment for refund to the original payment form.

Please follow these instructions to authorize a return. (*We will not accept returns that have not been approved.)

Step 1: Complete the Math Stackers return form below.

Step 2: Once your return is approved, we will send you a return label to the email you provide in the form (we will also specify the exact cost of shipping in this email). Use this label and package up your merchandise (in a way it won't get damaged in transit) and take it to any UPS store to ship back.

Step 3: After we receive your returned merchandise and it meets our requirements above, we will issue a refund less: the return shipping amount and a 15% restocking fee.

If an error occurred during your ordering process or in delivery, please contact Math Stackers support at support@mathstackers.com.

All refunds are processed within three business days of receiving the returned product.
